Ownership
Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload. By posting content on Graphyti, users grant Graphyti a limited license to display, distribute, and make the content available through the platform.
Before You Upload
Do not upload content unless:
- You created it.
- You have permission to use it.
- It is otherwise legally permitted.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Graphyti infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is infringing (with sufficient detail to locate it) and the URL of the allegedly infringing content.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.

Repeat Infringers
