User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you and Graphyti, Inc. regarding your use of our platform.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, you grant Graphyti a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing the service.

Graphyti is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

Limitation of Liability

Graphyti is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

By continuing to use Graphyti, you accept this Agreement.
