User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Graphyti, Inc. ("Graphyti," "we," "our," "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using Graphyti, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Graphyti. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account.
• Protecting your password and not sharing your credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant Graphyti a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to share the content you upload.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Upload malware or malicious code.
• Circumvent security measures or rate limits.
• Create fake accounts or engage in coordinated manipulation.
• Engage in spam or fraudulent activity.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Moderation

Graphyti may review, remove, restrict, or label content that violates our policies. Moderation decisions are made to maintain platform safety and integrity. See our Content Policy and Moderation pages for details on what is and isn't allowed and how enforcement works.

Privacy

Your use of Graphyti is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Third-Party Services

Graphyti may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Graphyti available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be changed, modified, or discontinued at any time.

Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, harm other users, abuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activity.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Graphyti is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graphyti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Graphyti, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of Graphyti after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
